One of the passages made me have a new insight on Estella's feelings toward Pip. The passage was about Pip and Estella's conversation about the Pockets'; I feel like when started to actually feel sympathetic for Pip and was on his side about something. I think she wants to love Pip but like she said to Miss Havisham, doesn't know how, and in my eyes I think she is also scared of being left like Miss Havisham was.
I can relate to this because I've experienced being left myself, and I find it hard to open myself up to people like Estella does. If she is scared of being left like Miss Havisham, it impacts me because when I read her argument with Miss Havisham I started to see how that's taken a toll on the both of them and I saw myself in Estella a little bit.
