In my group we are discussing the pursuit of pleasure/selfishness and lying. Discussing these things helps for if someone doesn't understand something that happened. I think some things were a little harder to understand because the way people wrote then is different from how we write today, and a lot of the vocabulary was way past our comprehension sometimes, so discussing these things helped as we read on. As for pursuit of pleasure, I noticed that it is connected to selfishness; there is a bit of hypocrisy. A few of the characters would say others are selfish and basically live for their own pleasure (Lady Bracknell) but then turn around and become selfish and want to do things for themselves, not others.
